Server Backup?

Hi im thinking of adding a server backup of our world.
why?
Aleyasu's pc is broken ,probably because of running the server 12h per day
Members are pissed and bored because of this unfortunate event
Guests cant log in and register , so they troll us...
New Members think the server is gone forever so they quit...(this happened to me, but i came back )
I dont want to scam anyone (i have never scamed and ILL NOT start scamming now)
im doing trying to do this for OUR members only.
(Aley is the Owner and he will always be.)
The special server will be only Up when the original is down...
-i only leave this topic for a discussion, is this a good idea or not?

I think it's a good idea, in order to preserve our playeras, there are quite a few problems though.. First of all you dont' know which plugins I used and how I configured them, (probably) your pc isn't portforwarded, and you don't have the world files... Moving this to suggestions.

aley im working on townofiore2.dyndns.org i CAN join it , but i dont know if u can...
the plugins can be posted in a zip or rar file , you can send me those by any online uploader or msn
the world file should be uploaded by msn, im now dedicating more time in this server form on now .
so those problems you mentioned arent so big as they look to be.
about port fowarding, im on the last step

I have all plugins saved on my flash drive, but the world files are on my cmputer which is getting fixed...
